1. What is KAAYLO™?
KAAYLO™ is a streetwear label built for people who wear confidence loud. We focus on premium oversized fits, clean aesthetics, and statement pieces crafted for everyday drip.
2. How do your oversized t-shirts fit?
Our tees are designed with an oversized fit. We recommend checking the size chart before placing your order for the perfect relaxed fit.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Sorry we don't have COD option as of now.
4. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 days
- Other Locations: 5–8 days
Delivery times may vary during drops, sales, or high-demand periods.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a code through which you can track your orders.
6. Do you accept returns?
We currently do not offer returns but we provide you with site credit which can be used on your next order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll help you out.
7. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.
8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Our team will review it and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
10. Are your products unisex?
Yes. Most KAAYLO™ pieces are designed to be unisex and styled freely.
11. How should I wash my t-shirts?
For best results:
- Wash inside out
- Use cold water
- Avoid bleach
- Do not iron directly on prints
- Air dry preferred
12. Will sold-out products restock?
Some products may restock, while limited drops may never return. Follow us on Instagram @kaaylo.in for updates on restocks and upcoming drops.
