At Kaaylo, every product is carefully inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

Returns can be requested within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

Eligible for Return

Your return request will be accepted only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging are intact.
You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us with:

Order ID
Full Name
Reason for the return
Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Not Eligible for Return

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect size selection. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.
Products that have been used, washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products purchased during sale, promotional, or clearance events.
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
Return requests made after the 5-day return window.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your Order ID and clear photos of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, where applicable.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be initiated.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Additional Information

Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Kaaylo reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above eligibility criteria.
